Order Policies & Disclaimers

All treats are made to order, so please contact me for custom pricing. Note: minimums may apply. Pricing displayed on website may be subject to change based on custom order requirements. Please contact me for a free quote.

Availability is subject to change, but generally if you give me a weeks’ notice I can accommodate most requests. Please provide 2 weeks’ notice for any large orders, and 3 weeks’ notice for any large custom orders.

Payment Options
Payments may be made with Zelle, Venmo, Cash, or Credit (Square). Personal checks may be accepted upon approval. *Please note, a 3% transaction fee will be applied to all credit card orders.

Delivery and Pickup
Orders may be delivered for a fee, or they may be picked up at an agreed upon location in Scottsdale. You may send someone in your place, but please let me know who to expect. Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time. Reach out if you are running late or need to change your pickup time. If your pickup time has passed by 30 minutes, I will reach out once. I will reach out a second time at the end of the day of pickup. I will reach out a third and final time 24 hours after your passed pickup time. Failure to respond or reach out to me after 72 hours results in your order being forfeit. No refund or credit will be issued.

Placing an Order
After receiving your custom order quote, it is your responsibility to respond in a timely manner. For orders larger than $250, a 50% deposit (non-refundable, transferable dependent on my availability) is due within 48 hours of confirming your order. I will send you an invoice via email with details of your order. Failure to pay your deposit cancels your order. Feel free to reach out to me if you are having difficulty making the payment. Failure to make your final payment on time (before order date) will result in your order being canceled. Your deposit will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be refunded and will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 be transferable to a different date. For orders less than $250, full payment is required up front. If you do not pay the invoice 24 hours before order date, a rush fee of $15 will apply. *Wedding and Special Event orders, additional terms may apply.

Cancelling an Order
Orders canceled at least 10 business days prior to the order completion date may be given credit for the amount paid, which will be good for 3 months following cancellation date. No refunds will be given for cancelled orders. Orders canceled less than 10 business days prior, will receive no credit. If I must cancel an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued. *Wedding and Special Event orders, additional terms may apply.

All sales are final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cupcakes, bundt cakes or truffles must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Order Release and Cupcake Care
Once you have left with your order, the order is no longer my responsibility. Please clear a flat surface in your vehicle to set the box(es) on. Cupcakes, bundt cakes and truffles are fragile and in some cases temperature sensitive. It is important to handle them with care.

I make every order with Luv. My goal is to always provide an exceptional product. Unless otherwise noted, my products may contain gluten, dairy, nuts and other items that may cause food sensitivities or allergies. Please be aware that if you have any food sensitivity or allergy, please take caution.
